AFFIDAVIT OF LIEN ,
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
JANE W. MONAHAN, being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That she is the Facilities Manager for
RIVERGREEN VILLA5 PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and that
as such has the authority ta make the within affidavit.
2. That this Affidavit of Lien is filed in
accordance with Florida Statute ?19.108.
3. That DEBORAH BUFFMAN is the legal title holder
of:
LOT 8, BLOCR 239, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT
17, according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 16, page 43, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Flozida.
4. That this Affidavit of Lien is filed in
accordance with the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
of RIVERGREEN VILLAS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., as
set forth in O. R. Book 296, page 140 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, E'lorida, against the above described
property and DEBORAH HUFFMAN.
~ 5. That this lien is in the sum of $375.00 plus
