THIS CAOSE having come on to be t~eard on the 12th day of ~
April, 1985, and the Court hearing argument of counsel and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
1. Custody. The Wife is hereby awarded temporary,
exclusive custody oF the minor children: CATRINA SMITH, born
11/18/73, and MELINDA SMITH, born 10/30/77.
2. Marital Residence. The Wife is hereby awarded
exclusive immediate possession of the marital residence. The
Sheriff and his duly authorized deputies shall accompany the
Ausband from the premises at 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 12th,
1985, or immediately ther.eafter.
3. Personal Property. The Wife is hereby awarded
temporary possessiQn of the t977 Ford Thunderbird. The
Husband sha21 not tamper or otherwise molest the 1977 Ford •

Thunderbird.

restrained and enjoined from coming about, molesting,
harming, annoying, beating, assaulting, touching, or in any
other manner bothering the other Party. ALL AND SINGULAR OF
THE SHER~FFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA and his duly authorized
deputies, are hereby ordered to enforce the terms of this
Order without further order of this Court. No Bond is
needed.
