day of March, 1985 on the wife' s Petition for Temp`c3ra~~" R~ief
and the Court having heard the testimony of the parties and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises it is
ORDERED a:~d ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That based upon the oral stipulation of the parties
presenLed in open court, the temporary custody of the minor child-
ren, GARY WAYNE PETERSON, II, born No~,~ember 16, 1972 and JEANIE
'~tARIE PETERSON, born July 20, 1981 shall be with the wife with
visitation as follows:
a. Commencing on Saturday, March I6, 1985 and on alter- ~i

nate week-ends thereafter the husband shall have the minor children
with him from 1:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon until 8:00 p.m. on
~ Sunday evening.

~ b. The husband shail have the minor child with him each ~
~ and every ~Jednesday evening from 5:00 n.m. until 8:00 p.m. ~

~ 2. That the husband shall have the exclusive use and pos- ?

~ session of the marital home located at 8001 James Road, Ft. Pierce,
~ Florida and shall be solely respansible for the outstanding mortga;e

~ pay:nent incurred in the purchase thereof.

3. That the wife sha11 have the temporary use and posses-

sion of the articles of furniture and household appliances contained
i
on the list presented by the wife to this Court with the exception
~
; of the water bed and 1 rocking chair which althou~h contained on the
~ wife's list shall be temporarily awarded to the husband.

~ 4. That due to the financial circumstances of the parties,
~
~ the wife's Petition for Temporary Attorney's Fees is hereby denied.
~
~
~ The parties are hereby restrained from coming about,
