TO SET ASIDE FRAUDELENT CONVEYANCE
AND PAYWENT OF ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard before this
Honorable Court on Plaintiffs' Motion to Set Aside a Fraudelent
Conveyance so as to delay, hinder, or defraud the Plaintiffs,
and the Court, having taken testimony of witnesses and being
otherwise fully apprised of the facts and premises thereon:
ORDERS AND ADJUDGES:
l. That the Recorder of Deeds, St. Lucie County
Courthouse~ St. Lucie County, Florida is hereby ordered to
strike a Warranty Deed from Bobby E. Hall andFrances L. Hall,
his wife, granting to John Miller, a single adult and Gail Dean,
a single adult, subject to the grantors retaining a life estate
property recorded on February 25, 1985 in O.R. Book 456, Page

3000, such that the said Warranty Deed is null and void and of

' 2• In addition to this Court awarding Plaintiffs' ;

~ $1,500.00 and Court costs in the amount of $56.00 plus interest

in its prior Judgment against Defendants, the Court further ~
awards Plaintiffs $150.00 in attorney's fees, $11.00 in Court i

~ costs, $100.00 costs incurred by Plaintiffs for Sheriff's Writ
~
~ of Execution and Instructions for Levy and $75.00 Court Reporter's
~ I
! attendance and transcription fees in the Plaintiffs' Motion to

~ Set Aside Fraudelent Conveyance herein.
