452 , Paqe 5, granted and conveyed unto FIRST CITILENS FBDBRAL SAVINGS
AND LO1~lN ASSOCIATION and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,

requested the said FIRST CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS ~ND LOAN ASSOCIATION to re-
lease the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged pre-
mises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW,THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of
one dollar and other good and valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand
