described line, 2S6.34 feet to the Easterly right of way line
of U. S. Highway No. 1; thence run Southeasterly along said
right of way line, at an angle of 62°42'2b" as measured from
East to South from the last described line 324.56 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING. Al1 lying and being in St. Lucie County,
