parallel with said Easterly right of way line of U. S. No. 1;
thence continue Northwesterly in the same direction 248.85
feet; thence run West 3t an angle of 117°04'26' as measured
from South to West from the last described line, 81.50 feet;
thence run Northwesterly at an angle of 112°45'21', as measured
fro~ East to North from the last described line, 200.12 feet;
thence run West at an angle of 112°45'21:, as measured from
South to West from the last described line, 19-1.26 feet to the
Easterly right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1; thence run
South-easterly along said right of way line, at an angle of
62°55'34" as measured from East to South from the last des-
cribed line, 455.00 feet; thence run East, parallel with the
South line of the N~ of the SE~ of the SE~ af said Section 33,
256.34 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
