PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the person and property of
MARY LEE CHRISTOPHER, incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no
~onger exists by reason of the death of Mary Lee Christopher on
December 8, 1984.
2. Peti.tioner has heretofore f iled a f inal return contain-
ing a full and correct account of all receipts and disbursements
of all the ward's property of which petitioner had control since
the last return filed herein, if any, or from the cor.unencement of
the administration of this guardianship if no prior return has
been filed, which return includes a statement of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that notice hereof will be served
upon the following: ~
William Norris, as guardian of Jennifer Lee Norris
Post Office Box 663
Okeechobee, Florida 33472
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered
approving a11 accountings not previously approved anci discharging
petitioner as guardian and releasing the surety on petitioner's
bond, if any, from further liability.
Under penalties of perj~ry, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of my knowl-
edge and belief.
