SCOTT H. HANCOCK, Incompetent.
PETITION FOR DISCflARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the property of Scott H. Hancock,
incompetent due to minoritv, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no longer exists
by reason of the fact that the incompetent reached the age of 18 years on
November 16, 1984 and is now sui ~uris.
2. The Petitioner files herewith a final accounting ~ontaining a full
and correct statement of all the ward's property and all receipts and
disbursements which have come under the control of Petitioner since the date
of the last accounting filed herein.
3. The Petitioner also files herewith a Receipt, Approval of Accounting,
Waiver of Notice and Consent to Discharage of Guardian Which has been executed
bq Scott H. Hancock.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be entered approving the
final accounting and discharging Petitioner as guardian and releasing the
surety on Petitioner's bond from further liability.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing and
; tfie facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
