This cause was heard on the petition of ESTHER ERDEI, as
guardian of the property of MYRTLE WEEKS, for an order authorizing
i

the sale of certain real property, and upon consideration thereof ;
it is
ADJUDGED that '
l. Notice of the petition has been furnished to all ~hildren
of the ward, who have consented to the sale of the realty described
therein and wh o have waived notice of hearing and hearing on the
petition. . -
2. It is ne~essary and in the best interest of the estate
that the ward's life estate in the realty be sold ta provide
funds for the support of the ward and to pay expenses of admin-
istration because the property is deteriorating and the ward has
no expection of retur~ing to it, and it is therefor
ORDERED that .
1. Esther Erdei, as guardian of the property of Myrtle Weeks
is authorized to sell the property described as
The North half of Lot 8 and Lot 6, Block 4
to the revised plat of Riverview Subdivision
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6,
Page 60 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. The terms of the sale are as set forth in the contract,
a copy being attached hereto. ~ ~
