PSTITION FOR RBVOCATION OF ORDSR OF FINAL DISCHARGB AND
The Petition of HTHBL GASKIN RBVBLS respectfully shows:
1. JBSSB LBROY RBVBLS died on September 19, 1983 and at
the time of death he was domiciled in and was a resident of St.
Lucie County. Florida.
2. On October 18, 1983. by Order of Philip G. Nourse,
CircuitJudge in and for St. Lucie County. Florida, the Will of
JBSSH LBROY RBVBLS xas duly ad~itted to probate and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on October 31, 1983.
3. Administration of the Bstate being ostensibly
complete, an Order of Discharge ras entered on Narch 6, 1984 in
whichthe petitioner was di~scharged as personal representative of
the above styled estate.
~4. Qn April 1985, it was discovered that the real
property described as: S. ~S ft. of Lot 7 and Lots 8 and 9,
Block 4, Sante Fe Shores, as per plat recorded in plat book 2,
page 75, Bradford County, Florida, had never been properly trans-
ferred into the name of the petitioner.
5. Petitioner believes that it is necessary that the
Order of Discharge previously entered be vacated and re~roked and
that Letters of AdminisLration be re-issued to her in order that
she may execute a Personal Representative's Distributive Deed
for the purpose of transferring title to herself as sole
beneficiary, the real estate described in paragraph 4 herein.
