~ This cause co~ning on thisday to be heard on the
. Petition for Itevocation of Order of Final Discharge and Isuuance
of Letters of Administration, the Court. after examining the file
and being otherKise advised in the premises finds:
1. That the property described as: South 25 ft. of Lot
7, and Lots 8, and 9, Block 4, Sante Fe Shores, as per plat
recorded in plat book 2, page 75, Bradford County, Florida. has
never been properly transferred into the name of the petitioner.
BTNBL GASKIN RBVBLS, the sole beneficiarY of said estate, and
it is necessary that the Order of Discharge previously entered
be vacated and revoked and Letters of Ad~tinistration be re-issued
to the petitioner, BTHSL GASKIN.ItBVBLS so that she may execute a
. Personal Representative's Distributive Deed for the purpose of
transferring title to herself as sole beneficiary of the said
real property. It i~, therefore
ADJUDCBD:
1. That~JESSBB LBROY RBVBLS died on September 19, 1983
owning assets in the State of Florida. and -
WHBRSAS, BTHflL GASKIN RBVELS xas previously appointed
, personal representative of the Bstate of JESSBB LBROY RBVBL3, in
consideration of this Petition to re-open ,
~ NOW, THBRBFORE, I, the undersigned circuit ~udge declare
BTHEL GASKIN RBVBLS to be duly qualified under the laws of the
State of Florida to act as personal representative of the Estate ~
of JESSS LBROY RBVBLS, deceased, for the sole purpose of
executing a Personal Representative's Distributive deed for the
purpose of transferring title to herself as sole beneficiary in
the ab~ve styled estate, the follo~ing described real property,
to-wit:
South 25 ft. of Lot 7, and Lots 8 and 9, Block 4, '
