and Lettera of Administration were issued to Petitione~ on Februarv 24 ~ lg 84 ,
2. Petitioner files herewith either a Final Acoountin~ containin~ a complete report of aU
cash and property transactiona and oi all receipts and diabursements aince the commencement of
administxation of this estate, or since the date of the laat accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers ai~ned
by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving the filin~ oi a final accountin~.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this eatate by making payment, settlement, or other
disposition of all claima that were presented, and by payin~ or making pmvision for the payment oi all
taxes and expenses of administration.
