" PETITION FOR AUTHORIZATION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
Petitioners, SARA F. HAUGATON and VEE WYNN~ as Personal
Representatives of this estate, allege:
1. One of the assets of this estate is real property
described as that part of Lot 2A and the north 25 feet of Lot 2B,
of J. F. WOOTENS SUBDIVISION in the south 1/2 of Section 1, Town-
ship 36 south, Range 40 east, LESS right of way of F.E.C. Railroad
and Indian River Drive, together with all improvements thereon;
containing approximately 12.58 acres, more or less.
2. Petitioners have received an offer to purchase the
described real property for $109;500.00 upon the terms and conditions
set forth in the Contract for Sale and Purchase attached as Exhibit
„A
.
3. Petitioners, after conferring with the heirs,
considered that it is for the best interests of the estate and for
those interested in it that the real property described be sold
at the price and upon the terms offered for the reason that this

~ property has been for sale for the past year and this is the high-

s est and best offer to date.
