ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
TRIS CAUSE came on befoe this Cc~urt upon the Petition for
Authortization to Sell Real Property having been filed by the
Petitioner/Personal Representative, John Edgar Sherrard, and
the Court finding that a Consent and Waiver of Notice has been
signed by the sole beneficiary of the Estate and the Court
further finding that it is in the best interest of the Estate
that the real propertq set forth in the Petition be sold under
the terms and conditions contained in the Contract for Sale
and Purchase attached to said Petition as Exhibit A, and the
Court having bean otherwise fully advised in the premises,it i
ORDERD AND ADJUDGED that John Edgar Sherrard, as Personal
. Representative of the Estate of Edward Paul Conti, a/k/a
Edward P. Conti, is hereby authorized to sell the real propert
descrfbed as:
Lot 3, Block 82, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, UNIT NINE,
according to the Plat thereof as.recorded in Plat
Book 10, Page 74 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida,
to Arthur Poch'e and Mable Poch'e, his wife for the purchase
price of $48,000.00 upon the terms and conditions that the
~ urchaser shall assume the existin Aarbor Federal Savin s and

oan Association mortgage of approximately $27,600.00 and the
~ purchaser shall pay the remaining balance in cash payable to
~
~ the Estate of Edward P. Conti, Deceased.
