MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

TNIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~ day /
of , 1985 by and between SUSIE B. BESSETTE,
hereinafter referred to as Mortgagor, and THE CITY OF FORT
PIERCE, hereinafter referred to a~~:ity, by and through its
Community Development Coordinator, duly authorized.
WITNESSETH, that
WHEREAS, CITY is the hoLder of a Mortgage dated December
4, 1981 and recorded in O.R. Book 367, Page 1540 of the Public "
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida from MORTGAGOR to CITY; and
WHEREAS, said Mortgage constitutes a Mortgage lien upon I
the following described real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, and owned by MORTGAGOR, to wit: . ;

Lots 1 and 2 and the Narth 50 feet of Lot
7, BIoCk 4, LAWNWOOD ADDITION SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Boo~C 2, Page 16 of the Public Re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.

WHEREAS, said Mortgage provides that any unforgiven
~ balance in accordance with the terms thereof would become due

; and payable upon the sale or transfer of said property, in-
cluding upon the death of the MORTGAGOR, it being the intent

of the terms of said Promissory Note and Mortgage that the
MORTGAGOR, as long as she shall make said hereinabove described
premises her personal residence, shall not have to repay the
loan in accordance with the terms thereof; and
WHEREAS, MORTGAGOR has requested permission of CITY to
transfer the fee simple ~wnership to her daughter, subject to
