AMENDED COVENANT. In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Security Instrument, Borrower
and Lender further rnvenant and agree as follows:
A. TRANSFER OF'fHE PROPERTY OR A BENEF[CIAL INTEREST IN BORROWER
Uniferm Covenant 16 of the Security Instrument is amended to read as follows:

is sold or transferred (or if a ben~ficial interest in Borrower is sold or transfcrred and Borrower is not a natural person) }
without Lender's prior written conaent. Lender may. at its option, require immediate payment in full of all suma secured
by this Security lnstrument. Nowever, this option shall not be exercised by L.ender if exercise is prohibited by faleral
law as of the date of this Security Instrument.
If l.ender exercises this option, Lcnder shall give Borrower notice of acceleration. The notia shall provide a
period of not less than 30 days from the date the notic~ is delivered or mailed within which Borrower must pay all aums
sxurod by this Security lnstrument. IP Bonow~r fails to pay theu sums prior to the expiration of this period, Lertdtr
may invokt any remedies permitted by this Security Instrument without further notice or demand on Borrower.
