MORTGAGE ExTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS MORTGAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT, made this ~ day of ,
19$S, by and between RICHARD G. STEBBINS, Individually and as Trustee under
that certain Land Trust Agreement dated November 9, 1982, (hereinafter
referred to as "Owner"), and HARBOR FIDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of
America, (hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee").
WITNES5ETH:
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of the Note and Mortgage
securing same from Owner, in favor of Mortgagee, dated February 17, 1983
recorded in Official Record Book 394, at page 1492 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and Official Record Book 658, page 2327, of the
public records of Indian River County, Florida, which mortgage secures the
principal sum of $54Q,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the entire princial indebtedness and all accrued interest will
become due and payable on August 17, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the outstanding principal balance is $540,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has requested and Mortgagee is agreeable to an
extension of the maturity date of aforesaid Note and Mortgage;
NOW, THFREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the sum of $10.00 and
other good and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which
are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct and are hereby ratified
and confirmed as if herein set forth at length.
2. The maturity of the foregoing Note is hereby extended to August 17,
t986, at which [ime the entire obligation, together with all accrued and
unpaid interest, and any other sums owing thereunder, shall be due and payable
in full.
I 3. All other terms, covenants and provisions of the aforesaid Note and ~
~ Mortgage are hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and ~
~ effect.
