This cause came on before the Court on the Joint Motion
for Entry of a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and it appearing
to the Court th~t the parties have entered into a stipulation
; (the "Stipulation"), which is attached as Exhibit 1 to the

foreclosure without further notice or hearing, and the Court
finding that default judgments have been duly entered against
