Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit plaintiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as is rtecessary to pay the bid in full. If plaintiff is not the successful bidder, the succes$ful bidder shall pay in addition to the amount bid, the Clerk's fee and the documentary stamps due on the certificnte of title. 15. On filing the certificate of title the Clerk shall distribute the proceeds of the sale and all proceeds deposited by the Receiver, if any, pursuant to paragraph 16 herein, so far as they are sufficient, by paying to the plaintiff: first, all of plaintiff's costs; second, documentary stamps affixed to the certificate; third, plaintiff's attorneys' fees; fourth, the total sum due to plaintiff less the items . paid plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this date to the date of the sale; fifth, payment of the Receiver's fQes as provided herein; and sixth, by paying to the recocd i ~ owner of the property all remaining amounts. ~ i ~ ~ 16. The Receiver duly appointed in this cause, if any, ~ ~ ~ f will file his interim final accounting of all receipts and ~ ~ a ~ expenditures arising out of his ~dministration of the property $ ; E g placed in his charge in this cause and his petition for ~ ~ - F expenses, costs and fees.
