23. If the total sum with interest at the rate ~

prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing ;

subsequent to this judgment are not paid within three days
from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the
. property at public sale onC~~ZQ,_, 1985, at 11:00 a.m. , to
the highest bidder ~or cash, except as set forth hereinafter,
• at the door of the courthouse in St. Lucie County in
Florida, in accordance with section 45.031, "

24. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for thetn by the Clerk if
plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale.
If plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk sk~all credit
plaintiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs

' accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as is ~

necessary to pay the bid in full. If plaintiff is not the ~
~ successful bidder, the successful bidder shall pay in addition '

~ to the amount bid, the Clerk's fee and the documentary stamps ~

~ due on the certificate of title.
~ 25. On filing the certificate of title the Clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale and all proceeds deposited

~ by the Receiver, if any, pursuant to paragraph 26 herein, so ;

° far as they are sufficient, by paying to the plaintifF: ;

~ first, all of plaintiff's costs; second, documentary stamps ~

€ affixed to the certificate; third, plaintiff's attorneys' .
