2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to ~
any claim or estate of any and all of the above-named ~

defendants on the following described property in St. Lucie ~

Condominium Unit 7, Building A, of INDIAN ~
PINES VILLAG~, A CONDOMINIUM, according
to the Declaration of Condo~ninium as
recorded in Official Records Book 337,
Pages 1480 through 1573, i~iciu5iv~, ar,u
Amendment thereto, as recorded in
Official Records Book 351, Page 922 of the
Public Recards of St. Lucie County, _
Flarida, and as further amended in
Official Records Book 367, Page 2568, all
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; together with an undivided
interest in the common elements and
limited common elements declared in said
Declaration of Condominium to be an
appurtenance to the above Condominium
Unit.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate ~
prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing 3

subsequent to this judgment are not paid within three days ~
from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the
~ property at public sale on , 1985, at 11:00

~ . a.m., to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth

~ hereinafter, at the door of the courthouse in St. Lucie

County in Florida, in accordance with
section 45.031, Florida Statutes (1979).
4. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if
~ plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale.

If plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit
~ plaintiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs

~ accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as is
necessary to pay the bid in full. If plaintiff is not the
successful bidder, the successful bidder shall pay, in
~ addition to the amount bid, the Clerk's fee and the
~ documentary stamps due on the certificate of title.
