This Final Judgment of Foreclosure is entered subject to the Stipulation filed by the parties herein, the terms and conditions of which are incorporated herein. As To Count II 11. Plaintiff, Alliance Mortgage Company, subject to the terms of the Stipulation f iled by the partie~ herein, is due $ 53,071.81 as principal, $~[,3g_[~ as interest to date of this judgment, $ 60.00 for title search expense, $ 255.93 escrow ad late e for 61.00 for ' and $ ~504Q~ for attorneys' fees with $_66.69 court costs now taxe~, under the note and mortgage sued on in Count II of this action making a total sum of $ 60,904.10 , 12. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any claim or estate of any and all of the above-named defendants on the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida: Condominium Unit 8, Building A, of INDIAN PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according ~ to the Declaration of Condominium as ' recorded in Official Records Book 337, ; ' Pages 1480 through 1573, inclusive, and ~ Amendment thereto, as recorded in ; Official Records Book 351, Page 922 of the ~ Public Records of St. Lucie Gounty, ~ Florida, and as further amended in Official Records Book 367, Page 2568, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements and ~ limited common elements declared in said ~ Declaration of Condominium to be an ~ appurtenance to the above Condominium Unit. 13.
