Plaintiff, Alliance Mortgage Company, subject to the terms of the Stipulation filed by the parties herein, is due $ 53,071.81 as principal, $ 6,638.67 as interest to date of this judgment, $ 60.00 for title search expense, $ 255_93 for~~~ ~~61.00 for ' ~te ~~Q , and $ 750.00 for attorneys' fees with $ 71.06 court costs now taxed, under the note and mortgage sued on in Count IV of this action making a total sum of $ 60,908.47 . 32. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any claim or estate of any and all of the above-named defendanLS on the following described property in St. Lucie County, F2orida: Condominium Unit 8, Building C, of INDIAN PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 337, Pages 1480 through 1573, inclusive, and Amendment thereto, as recorded in Official Records Book 351, Page 922 of the Public Records of St. Lueie County, Florida, and as further amended in Official Records Book 367, Page 2568, a11 in ~he Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above Condominium Unit. 33.
