This cause came on before the Court on the Joint Motion
for Entry of a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and it appearing
to the Court that the parties have entered into a stipulation

~ (the "Stipulation"), which is attached as Exhibit 1 to the

~ joint motion, requesting the 2ntry of a fir~al judgment of

foreclosure without further notice or hearing, and the Court
~ finding that default judgr~ents have been duly entered against
any other defendant in this action not a party to the
Stipulation; and the Court having examined ~he pleadings and
Stipulation on file, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is, upon considecation thereof;
