9. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
further orders as are proper including, without limitation,
writs of possession.
10. This Final Judgment of Foreclosure is ente~ed
subjec~ to the Stipulation filed by the parties herein, the
terms and conditions of which are incorporated herein.
As To Count II
11. Plaintiff, Alliance Mortgage Company, s~bject to
the teims of the Stipulation filed by the parties herein, is
due $52,952.06 as principal, $ 6,686.18 as interest to date of ~
this judgment, $ 60.00 for title search expense, $.385.93 I

for $ ~.96 for ' - , and $ 750.00 for
attorneys' fees with $ 124.93 court costs now taxed, under
the note and mortgage sued on in Count II of this action
making a total sum of $61,018.06 .
12. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to
any c~aim or estate of any and all of the above-named
defendants on the following described property in St. Lucie
County, Florida: .

; PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according
` to the Declaration of Condominium as
~ recorded in Official Records Book 337,
~ Pages 1480 through 1573, inclusive, and

~ Official Records Book 351, Page 922 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, and as further amended in
~ Official Records Book 367, Page 2568, all

~ Florida; together with an undivided

Declaration of Condominium to be an
