2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to
any claim or estate of any and all of the above-named
defendants on the following described property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 8, Building F, of INDIAN
PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according
to the Declaration of Condominium as
recorded in Official Records Book 337,
Pages 1480 through 1573, inclusive, and
Amendment thereto, as recorded in
Official Records Book 351, Page 922 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and as further amended in
Official Records Book 367, Page 2568, ali
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; together wi~n an undivided
interest in the common elements and
limited common elements declared in said
Declaration of Condominium to be an
appurtenance to the above Condominium
Unit.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate
prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing
subsequent to this judgment are not paid within three days

~ from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the
~
~ property at public sale on v, 1985, at 11:00
€ a.m., to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth
~
hereinafter, at the door of the courthouse in St. Lucie
County in ~~,~~~e_v , Florida, in accordance with

section 45.031, Florida Statutes (1979).
4. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if
plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale.

plaintiff's bid witn tne total sum with interest and costs
~ accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as is
