considering Receiver's interim final accounting and petition
for expenses, costs and fees, that the Receiver is entitled to
reimbursement for expenses, costs and fees, plaintiff may
reimburse the Receiver for such costs, expenses and fees and
such payment by plaintiff shall be secured by the Mortgage
along with all of the other indebtedness secured thereby as
set forth herein.
17. Subsequent to the Clerk's sale of the mortgaged
property, the C~urt will hold a hearing on the a8 ~`day of
, 1985, at ~ v a.m. , at which time the Court
will consider the Receiver's final accounting and petition for
discharge.
18. On filing the certificate of title, defendants and ,
all persons claiming under or against them since the filing of ,
the notice of lis pendens shall be foreclosed of all estate or
claim in the property and the purchaser at the sale shall be
let into possession of the property.
19. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
further orders as are proper including, without limitation,
writs of possession.
20. This Final Judgment o~ Foreclosure is entered
~ subject to the Stipulation filed by the parties herein the
~ terms and conditions of which are incorporated herein.

21. Plaintiff, Alliance Mortgage Company, subject to
the terms of the Stipulation filed by the parties herein, is
~ due $52,671.28 as principal, $ 6,712.88 as interest to date of
~ this judgment, $ 60.00 for title search expense,

~ $ 339.76 for ~ 58.96 for ~ and
~ $ 750.00 for attorneys' fees with $ 47.67 court costs now

~ taxed, under the note and mortgage sued on in Count III of

~ this action making a total sum of $60,640.55 ,
