FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
This cause came on before the Court on the Joint Motion
for Entry of a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and it appearing
to the Court that the parties have entered into a stipulation

i (the "Stipulation"), which is attached as Exhibit 1 to the

` joint motion, requesting the entry of a final judgment of

~ foreclosure without further notice or hearing, and the Court
t finding that default judgments have been duly entered against
any other defendant in this action not a party to the
Stipulation; and the Court having examined the pleadings and
Stipulation on file, and being otherwise fully advised in the
~ premises, it is, upon consideration thereof;
