11. Plaintiff, Alliance Mortgage Company, subject to
the terms of the Stipulation filed by the parties herein, is ~

due $ 52,734.53 as principal, $ 5,~g~~5 as interest to date of ~
this judgment, S 60.00 for title search expense, $ 146_04
for~~,3$~e58.96 for e , and $ 750 _Qn for
attorneys' fees with $ 32.87 court costs now taxed, under
the note and mortgage sued on in Count II of this action
making a total sum of $59,470.55 .
12. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to
any claim or estate of any and all of the above-named
~efendants on the following described property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 2, Building S, of INDIAN ~
PINES VILLAGE, A COhDOMINIUM, according ~
to the Declaration of Condominium as =
recorded in Official Records Book 337, <
` Pages 1480 through 1573, inclusive, and ~
