This cause came on before the Court on the Joint Motion
for Entry of a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and it appearing
to the Court that the parties have entered into a stipulation

(the "Stipulation"), which is attached as Exhibit 1 to the

E foreclosure without further notice or hearing, and the Court
~ finding that default judgments have been duly entered against

any other def~ndant in this action not a party to the
Stipulation; and the Court having examined the pleadings and
Stipulation on file, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is, upon consideration thereof;
