in the Public Records of St, Lucie Co~nty,
Florida; together with an undivided
interest in the common elemer.ts and
limited common elements declared in said
Declaration af Condominium to be an
appurtenance to the above~ Condominium
Unit.
23. If the totai sum with interest at the rate
prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing
subsequent to this judgment are not paid witnin three days =

Florida Statutes (I979).
24. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if
plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale.
If plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shal.l credit
plaintiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs
accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as is
necessary to pay the bid in full. If plaintiff is not the
successful bidder, the successful bidder shall pay in addition
to the amount bid, the Clerk's fee and the documentary stamps
due on the certificate of title.
25. On filing the certificate of title the Clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale and all proceeds deposited
by the Receiver, if any, pursuant to paragraph 26 herein, so
far as they are sufficier,t, by paying to the plaintiff:
first, all of plaintiff's costs; second, documentary stamps
affixed to the certificate; third, plaintiff's attorneys'
fees; fourth, the total sum due to plaintiff less the items
paid plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this
