2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to
any claim or estate of any and all of the above-named
defendants on thQ following described property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 4, Building T, of INDIAN
PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according ~
to the Declaration of Condominium as ;
recorded in Official Records Book 337, ~
Pages 1480 through 1573, inclusive, and
Amendment thereto, as recorded in ~
Official Records BoQk 351, Page 922 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and as furt~er amended in
Official Records Book 367, Page 2568, all
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; together with an undivided
interest in the common elements and
limited common elements declared in said
Declaration of Condominium to be an ~
appurtenance to the above Condominium
Unit. '
3.~ If the total sum with interest at the rate
prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing
