all persons claiming under or against them since the filing of
the notice of lis pendens shall be fQreclosed of all estate or
claim in.the property and the purchaser at the sale shall be
let into possession of the property. I
9. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
further orders as are proper including, without limitation,
writs of possession.
10. This Final Judgment of Foreclosure is entered
subject to the Stipulation filed by the parties herein, the
terms and conditions of which are incorporated herein.
As To Count II
11. Plaintiff, Alliance Mortgage Company, subject to
the terms of the Stipulation filed by the parties herein, is
due $ 39,730.09 as principal, $ 4,169.68 as interest to date of
this judgment, $ 60.00 for title search expense, $142.09

~ttorneys' fees with $ 71.54 court costs now taxed, under
the note and mortgage sued on in Count II of this action
making a total sum of $ 4~908.80 .
12. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to

defendants on the following described proper*_y in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 6, Building T, of INDIAN
PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according
to the Declaration of Condominium as
recorded in Official Records Book 337,
Pages 1480 through 1573, inclusive, and
~ Amendment thereto, as recorded in
Official Records Book 351, Page 922 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and as further amended in
~ Official Records Book 367, Page 2568, all
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
s Florida; together witt~ an undivided
~ interest in the common elements and
limited common elements declared in said
Declaration of Condominium to be an
appurtenance to the above Condominium
Unit.
13. If the total sum with interest at the rate
prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing
