14. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this ~
action and shalZ be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if
plaintiff is not the purchaser of the progerty at the sale.
If plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit
plaintiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs
accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as is
necessary ta pay the bid in full. If plaintiff is rtot the
successful bidder, the successful bidder shall pay in addition

to the amount bid, the Clerk's fee and the documentary stamps ~
due on the certificate of title.
15. On fi2ing the certificate of titie the Clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale ana all proceeds deposited
by the Receiver, if any, pursuant to paragraph 16 herein, so

far as they are sufficient, by paying to the plaintiff: ~
i
first, all of plaintiff's cost~; second, documentary stamps '
affixed to the certificate; third, plaintiff's attorneys'
fees; fourth, the total sum due ta plaintiff less the items
paid plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this
date to the date of the sale; fifth, payment of the Receiver's
fees as provided herein; and sixth, by paying to the record
owner of the property all remaining amounts.
16. The Receiver duly appointed in this cause, if any,
will file his interim final accounting of all receipts and
expenditures arising out of his administration of the property
placed in his charge in this cause and his petition for
expenses, costs and fees. Any excess receipts will be
deposited with the Clerk of this Court. The Receiver shall .
set forth in his interim final accountinq any expenditures for
