As to Count IV 31. 'rlaintiff, Alliance Mortgage Company, subject to the terms of the Stipulation filed by the parties herein, is due $52,974.30 as principal, $ 5,559.58 _ as interest to date of this judgment, $ 60.00 for title search expense, escraw advance late charge $ 212.49 for $ 5a.20 for ' and $ 750.00 for attorneys' fees with $ 71.55 court costs now taxed, under the note and mortgage sued on in Co~nt IV of this action making a total sum of $ 59,678.12. 32. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any claim or estate of any and all of the above-named defendants on the following described property in St. Lucie i ~ County, Florida: ; Condominium Unit 2, Building L, of INDIAN I PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 337, Pages 1480 through 1573, inclusive, and i Amendment thereto, as recorded in ~ Official Records Book 351, Page 922 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ' Florida, and as further ame«de~ in Official Records Book 367, Page 2568, all ~ in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~ Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements and ~ li~nited common elements declared in said ~ Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above Condominium Unit. 33.
