37. Subsequent to the Clerk's sale of the mortgage~
property, the Court will hold a hearing on the day of
, 1985, at : 3 t) a.m. aL which time the Court
will consider the Receiver's final accounting and petition for
discharge.
38. On filing the certificate of title, defendants and
all persons claimi~g under or against them since the filing of
the notice of lis pendens shall be foreclosed of all estate or
claim in the property and the purchaser at the sale shall be
let into possession of the property.
39. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
further orders as are proper including, without limitation,
writs of possession.
40. This Final Judgment of Foreclosure is entered

subject to the Stipulation filed by the parties herein the ~
terms and conditions of which are incorporated herein.
