further orders as are proper including, without limitation,
writs of possession.
10. This Final Judgment of Foreclosure is entered
subject to the Stipulation filed by the parties hereiii, the
terms and conditions of which are incorpor~ted herein.
As To Count II
11. Plaintiff, Alliance Mortgage Company, subject to
the terms of the Stipulation filed by the parties herein, is
due $33,',u4.6i a5 ~,rincipal, $ 4,166.95as interest- to date of
this judgment, $ 60.00 for title search expense, $ 118.39

for ~a~s, $ 44.80 for ~smt~a - t~c6, and $ 750.00 for
attorneys' fees with $ 31.38 court costs now taxed, under
the note an8 mortgage sued on in Count II of this action
making a total sum of $44,872.18 .
12. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to
any claim or estate of any and all of the above-named ~
defendants on the following described property in St. Lucie i
County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 5, Building H, of INDIAN
PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according
; to the Declaration of Condominium as
~ recorded in Official Records Book 337,
` Pages 1480 through 1573, inclusive, and
~ ~ Amendment thereto, as recorded in
Official Records Book 351, Page 922 of the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and as further amended in
Official Records Book 367, Page 2568, all
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; together with an undivided
interest in the common elements and
limited common elements declared in said
Declaration of Condominium to be an
appurtenance to the above Condominium
Unit.
13. If the total sum with interest at the rate
