Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and as further amended in
Official Records Book 367, Page 2568, all
in the Pablic Records of St. Lu~ie County,
Florida; together with an u~divided
interest in the common elements and
limited common elements declared in said
Declaration of Condominium to be an
appurtenance to the above Condominium
Unit.
23. If the total sum with interest at the rate
prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing
subsequent to this judgment are not paid within three days
from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the
property at public sale on , 1985, at ].1:00 a.m., to
the highest bidder for ca , except as set forth hereinafter,
at the door of the courthouse in St. Lucie County in
, Florida, in accordance with section 45.031, ~
Florida Statutes (1979). ~
24. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if
plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale.
If plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit ~
plair_tiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs 1

accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as is '
necessary to pay the bid in full. If plaintiff is not the
successful bidder, the successful bidder shall pay zn addition
to the amount bid, the Clerk's fee and the documentary stamps
due on the certificate oE title.
25. On filing the certiFicate of title the Clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale and all proceeds deposited
by the Receiver, if any, pursuant to paragraph 26 herein, so
far as they are sufficient, by paying to the plaintif€:
first, all of plaintiff's costs; seconci, documentary stamps
affixed to the certificate; third, plaintiff's attorneys'
fees; fourth, the total sum due to plaintiff less the items
paid plus inter.est at the rate prescribed by law from this
