31. Plaintiff, Alliance Mortgage Company, subject to
the terms of the Stipulation filed by the parties herein, is
due $ 52,939.60 as principal, $ 5,555.94 as interest to date of
this judg~nent, $ 60.00 for title search expense,
$ 244.09 for C~~l3a~~58.96 for ~ , and
$ 750.00 for attorneys' fees with $ 31.38 court costs now
taxed, under the note and mortgage sued on in Count IV of this
action making a total sum of $ 59,639.97.
32. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to
any claim or estate of any and all of the above-named
defendants on the following described property in St. Lucie

County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 8, Building H, of INDIAN
PINES VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according
to the Declaration of Condominium as
recorded in Official Records Book 337,
Pages 1480 through 1573, inclusive, and
Amendment thereto, as recorded in
Official Records Book 351, Page 922 of the
. Public Records of St. Lucie Cot~nty,
Florida, and as further amended in
Official Records Book 367, Page 2568, all
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; together with an undivided
interest in the common elements and
limited common elements declared in said
Declaration of Condominium to be an
appurtenance to the above Condominium
Unit.
~ 33. If the total sum with interest at the rate ~
; prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing
~ subsequent to this judgment are not paid within three days

from this date, the Clerk of this Court. shall sell the
property at public sale on , 1985, at 11:00 a.m., to
~ the highest bidder for cas , except as set forth hereinafter,
