WILLBUR and BERNICE B. WILLBUR, his wife, of 1001 So. 8th Street,
Fort Pierce, FL 33450, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, does hereby grant, assign, and transfer to
DAVID G. WILLBUR and BERNICE B. WILLBUR, each as to an undivided
one-half interest, of 1001 So. 8th 5treet, Fort Pierce, FL
33450, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, that certain mortgage exec;:}ed by LeVERE MONTGOMERY and
BETTY B. MONTGOMERY, his wife, to DAVID G. WILLBUR and BERNICE B.
.WILLBUR, his wife, dated June 8, 1979, and recorded in the office
of ~he Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,~State of Florida, in
Book 310 at Page 1077, together with the note therein described
and the money to become due thereon with the interest provided
therein.
