ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
For and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), DAVID G.
WILLBUR and BERhICE B. WILLBUR, his wife, of I001 So. 8th Street,
Fort Pierce, FL 3345Q, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, does hereby grant, assign, and transfer to
DAVID G. WILLBUR and BERNICE B. WILLBUR, each as to an undivided
one-half interest, of 1001 So. 8th Street, Fort Pierce, FL
33450, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, that certain mortgage executed by DUNN BROTHERS, INC.,
to DAVID G. WILLBUR and BERNICE B. WILLBUR, his wife, dated
November 19, 1981, and recorded in the office of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, State of FZorida, in Book 366 at Page
2467, together with ti~e note therein described and the money to
become due thereon with the interest provided therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this
assignment at Fort Pierce, Florida, on the day of May, 1985.
