ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
For and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), DAVID G.
WILLBUR and BERNICE B. WILLBUR, his wife, of 1001 So. $th Street,
Fort Pierce, FL ?3450, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie,
St~}p of Florida, does hereby grant, assign, and transfer to
DAVID G. WILLBUR and BERNICE B. WILLBUR, each as to an undivided
one-half interest, of 1001 So. 8th Street, Fort Pierce, FL
33450, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, that certain mortgage executed by SANDRA B. BEASLEY to
DAVID G. WILLBUR and BERNICE B. WII~LBUR, his wife, dated
September 6, 1983, and recorded in the office of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, in Book 410 at Page
1945, together with the note therein described and the money to
become due thereon with the interest provided therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this
