20. Leader ia Po~seutoa. Upon accekration under puagraph 19 or abandonment of_the P~operty, Lender (by
judicially appointed roceiver) shall be entitiai to enter upon, take posscssion of and manage the Property and so collcct the
:Ynts of the Property including thase past due. Any rents colltcted by Ltnder or the receiver shall be applied first to
payment of the costs of managemeut af the Property and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, receiver's fea,
premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fas, and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrument.
21. Relc~se. Upon payment of all sums securcd by this Security lnstrument, l.ender shall release this Security

22. Attoraeys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shalf include any attorneys'
