Nagel a/k/a Joseph O. Nagel and Mary E. Nagel, his wife, (herein "Borrower"), whose past office address is 8103 S. Indian River Drive, Fart w Pierce, Florida 33450 and the Mortgagee, A.P.P. FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, whose address is 1910 Florida Mango Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33409 (herein "Lender"). h~ WHEREAS, Borrower is indebted to Lender in the principal ~a sum of Fifteen Thousand (S15,OOO.OOD Dollars, which indebtedness is evidenced by Borrower's Promissory Note daied May 1985, (herein "Note"), providing for payments of principal and interest, with the balance of the in ebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and payable on April 1990.
