ORDER DISCHARGING RECEIVER~
DISMISSING ACTION AAID CANCELLING LIS PENDENS
Pursuant to the motion to set aside final judgment of II
foreclosure, to discharge Receiver, to dismiss action and
to cancel lis pendens, and the notice of consent to such ~
motion filed by the plaintiff, Alliance Mortgage Company,
it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. The Receiver appointed by the Court to take
charge of the property that is the subject of this action
' shall deliver to defendant, Indrio Properties~ Inc., all

j pr~perty, both real and personal, together with all
i

' original books and records of account and all funds
~
deriv~d from or otherwise relating to the property,
including but not limited to the Indian Pines Village
Condominium Association, that are in the Receiver's
possession or control at the close of business on May 29,
~ 1985, and the Receiver shall thereafter be discharged from
his managerial responsibilities. The Receiver shall, on
or before June 14, 1985, file a final accounting with the
~
~ Court. The Court shall, if it deems necessary, schedule a
~
~ , hearing for the purpose of approving the final accounting,
discharging the bond posted by the Receiver, and releasing
z
the Receiver from further liability.
