Caurt. The Court shall~ if it deems necessary. schedule a
hparing for the purpose of approving the final accounting~
discharging the bond posted by the Receiver~ and releasing
the Receiver from further liability.
3. This action is hereby dismissed without preju-
dice, each party to bear its own costs. The Court
reserves jurisdiction to review the final accounting, to
compensate and to discharge the Receiver by further order.
4. The Lis Pendens filed in this action by plain-
tiff and recorded in the Official Records o~ St. Lucie
(002, ~003~
County, Florida, at 0. R. Book yS~ , Page ~oot; is
hereby cancelled, discharged and released.
S. Ths Clerk of this Court is hereby directe3 to
forthwith record this Order and the Cancellation of the
Mortgage prepared by plaintiff in connection wtih this {
action, upon payment of the appropriate recording fees.
