to cancel lis pendens, and the notice of consent to such i

motion filed by the plaintiff, Alliance Mortgage Company, j

it is hereby ;

ORDERED and ADJUDGED: '

1. The Final Judgement of Foreclosure entered in ~
this action on May 10~ 1985, is hereby vacated, set aside
~
~ and rendered null and void of any and all legal effect,
~
i and the foreclcsure sale scheduled for June 18, 1985, is
i
i
~ hereby cancelled. ~
~
~ 2. The Receiver appointed by the Court to take
charge of the property that is the subject of this action
~
shall deliver to defendant, Indrio Properties, Inc., all ~
~
property, both real and personal, together with all ;
original books and records of account and ali funds ~
derived from or otherwise relating to the property,
r
~ including but not limited to the Indian Pines Village
~ ~
c
~ Condominium Association, that are in the Receiver's
possession or control at the close of business on May 29,
1985, and the Receiver shall thereafter be discharged from !
his managerial responsibilities. The Receiver shall. on
