or before June 14~ 1985~ file a final accounting with the
Court. The Court shall~ if it deems necessary~ schedule a 4.
hearing for the purpose of approving the final accounting,
discharging the bond posted by the Receiver, and releasing
the Receiver from further liability.
3. This action is hereby dismissed without preju-
dice. each party to bear its own costs. The Court
reserves jurisdiction to review the final accounting, to
compensate and to discharge the Receiver by further order.
