or before June 14~ 1985, file a final accounting with the
Court. The Court shall. if it deems necessary, schedule a
hearing for the purpose of approving the final accounting,
discharging the bond posted by the Receiver, and releasing
the Receiver from further liability. ~

dice, each party to bear its own costs. The Court
reserves jurisdiction to review the final accounting, to
compensate and to discharge the Receiver by further order. `
4. The Lis Pendens filed in this action by plain-
tiff and recorded in the Official Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, at 0. R. Book 4S~O , Page ~`19q , is
hereby cancelled, discharged and released.
S. The Clerk of this Court is hereby directed to
forthwith record this Order and the Cancellation of the
Mortgage prepared by plaintiff in connection wtih this
action, upon payment of the appropriate recording fees.
